  Here’s a view of the living room with two French doors that open to the deck in the back yard.  This cozy house is furnished with a leather couch, chair, and coffee table.  The couch folds out to make a comfortable (really!) full size bed.  Cable TV with DVD and VCR player is provided, along with a small stereo with a tape deck and CD player.  There’s a selection of DVDs and videotapes for your entertainment.  New hardwood floors throughout the house.  There's a window air conditioner in the window behind the couch.
     
 

There’s a gas burning fireplace.  It’s a modern replacement to the wall heater and is controlled by a thermostat mounted in the hallway.  This unit comes complete with fake logs and real flames.  Cute, safe, and very clean.  Don’t sit on top of the heater when its running, though.  This thing gets nice and hot and heats the entire house.

 
     
  The kitchen has been completely remodeled with top-of-the-line appliances including stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and range with microwave hood.  An apartment style washer and dryer is located in a small utility closet off the kitchen.  Convenient and fun for entertaining, a French door leads from the kitchen to the deck in the back yard.  Toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, cooking implements are provided.
     
 

Here’s the bathroom.  The shower has room for two and a glass block window that lets in a lot of light (there is also a eight-foot privacy hedge on that side of the house).  There’s cabinetry to hold your sundry items.  Towels and linen are included with the rental.  We ask that you wash sheets and towels before leaving.

 
     
  Here’s the bedroom with a king-size Sleep Comfort Number-Adjustable bed.  Storage for linen is under the bed.  An armoire is located on each side of the bed.  Each is suitable for hanging items and clothing for a week or so.  There is also a closet for additional clothing and suitcase storage.
     
  Check out the back yard.  There's a large deck with patio furniture.  The back hard is fenced and has been finished in red pavers.  A one-car parking space is accessed through the fence.  The house sits on a corner and the driveway exits onto Broadway street.  The home is conveniently located about 8 blocks from Ocean St. and Highway 17.
     
  That's a new spa designed for four adults.  Notice the outside shower for rinsing off feet and surfboards when you return from the beach.  There's also a storage shed for bicycles and surfboards.
