NorcalSurfPhotos was created to spread a little positive karma and provide an opportunity for surfers to purchase high quality photos of themselves at a reasonable price.   The photos are not intended for resale, advertising or commercial distribution.  So before purchasing prints or downloading images we must insist that you agree to the following conditions. 

These photos are protected by copyright laws and NorcalSurfPhotos (Topp Consulting) retains all property rights. You declare the photos you purchase are of yourself or a gift for the individual in the photo and you agree not to sell, distribute, or allow the sale or distribution of photos for commercial use or publication.   Thanks for respecting these conditions- they are for your protection and ours.
